Dream Tan

Dream TanThis along with the new Pro-Tan stage finish is my favourite and is definitely a favourite with many bodybuilders, male and female. Dream tan is simple but messy. People have different ways of using this. Some will use a couple of layers of dream tan spray or pro tan competition colour the day/night before so they have a deep, dry tan before the application of dream tan instant color.

Most will then rub in a thin layer of dream tan instant color before bed (either sleeping in an old sheet/duvet cover or covering from head to toe in old clothes!). This allows the skin to soak in the product and from experience means it lasts well throughout the day, requiring minimal top ups.

Another layer is then applied at the venue, this time 'tapping/'patting' it into the skin to bring out the shine and ensure even coverage. Usually about 30mins before you are due to go on stage.

Others will happily turn up to the venue and apply the required layers backstage. This method, for competitors with a lot of experience & know how much is required is fine. However a common occurrence with this technique is people looking very washed out on stage!

Dream Tan Instant skin color is available in two colours. 1 - Gold Bronze & 2 - Red Bronze. 1 is commonly used by those with darker skin and 2 by those with fairer skin.

If you're not sure always ask.
