Here you'll find information about Claire's diet as she prepares for bodybuilding and fitness figure competitions.
As I am now fortunate enough to be a Reflex sponsored athlete I have switched all supplements to their current range. Below is a list of what I will be taking and when. You can follow my progress with this fantastic range on my blog.
Meal 1
- 100g Oats
- Homemade Fruit Smoothie with Reflex Natural Whey (2 scoops)
- Reflex Glucosamine x 1
- Reflex CLA x 2

Meal 2
- 5 Whole Egg
- Wholemeal Pitta Veg
- 2 Kre-Alkalyn Capsules
Meal 3
- Reflex One Stop
Meal 4
- 5 Whole Eggs
- Wholemeal Pitta Veg
- 2 Kre-Alkalyn
- Reflex Glucosamine x 1
- Reflex CLA x 2
Meal 5
- Any home cooked meal
Meal 6
- Reflex Natural Whey (2 scoops)
- 3 Rice Cakes with peanut butter
- Reflex Glucosamine x 1
- Reflex ZMA x 3
- Reflex CLA x 2
- Pre workout I take Reflex NOS Fusion and 6 x Reflex BCAA's and drink their fruit punch Whey Refresh during all training sessions. This includes any aerial, dance or martial art classes. Post-workout I now take 2 scoops of Reflex One Stop Xtreme and 6 x Reflex BCAA's
