I love to stay active which is why I do so many sports. I have always preferred to train at local bodybuilding gyms. My main training is based at Muscle Mayhem in Stockport, with regular trips to XXL Gym (Marple) and Olympic Gym (Eccles)
I have been part of Blush Dance for 7 years. This has consisted of pole dancing, silks and commercial dance work. I have been competing for 3 years and love every minute. To date I have competed with the NPA (Natural Physique Association), BNBF (British Natural Bodybuilding Federation), NABBA (Natural Amateur Bodybuilders Association), & FAME (Fitness Atheletes Models and Entertainment). All are fantastic federations.
