General Training
I love to stay active which is why I do so many sports. I have always preferred to train at local bodybuilding gyms. My main training is based at Muscle Mayhem in Stockport, with regular trips to XXL Gym (Marple) and Olympic Gym (Eccles)
The knowledge of the guys in these gyms is amazing! They have all competed, dieted, tried and tested many techniques over the years whilst understanding the sport. Don't ever be daunted by training in these types of gyms.
In addition to training at local gyms I am fortunate enough to train with Rachael Grice at Bodyworks gym. Her physique is amazing with glutes to die for! She is one of the nicest people you will ever meet but believe me she will push you further than you could ever imagine. If you want to be put through your paces and achieve your training goals - I can't recommend a personal training session with her enough!
As I prefer to alter my training regularly to change what my body is put through, I attend regular dance training, aerial sessions and martial art classes. I think it’s great to vary your activities, keeping both body and mind active
