I love to stay active which is why I do so many sports. I have always preferred to train at local bodybuilding gyms. My main training is based at Muscle Mayhem in Stockport, with regular trips to XXL Gym (Marple) and Olympic Gym (Eccles)

To date I have competed with the NPA (Natural Physique Association), BNBF (British Natural Bodybuilding Federation), NABBA (Natural Amateur Bodybuilders Association), & FAME (Fitness Atheletes Models and Entertainment). All are fantastic federations.
